Ugli fruit:


  • An ugli fruit fruit is a hybrid variety of grapefruit and a tangerine.
  • Don’t judge the fruit by its name and its cover. An ugli fruit is named because of its puffy, wrinkled outside. But it is sweet and very juicy on inside.
  • It’s faintly bigger than a grapefruit.
  • The fruit was discovered and growing wild in Jamaica over 80 years ago.
  • The fruit is low in acid and relatively free of seeds.
  • Good source of vitamin C and helps to reduce cancer.

Loganberry fruit facts:


  • Loganberry is a hybrid variety of blackberry and a raspberry.
  • The fruit was low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium
  • It helps to reduce weight.
  • It can be used as an ingredient in jams, pies, crumbles, syrups and wines.
  • The fruit have soft spines as like raspberry bushes
  • Loganberry is used in the breeding of many cultivated varieties. Now the fruit was commercially grown in the Northwest.
