Can Diabetes Patients Eat Fruits - Fact Discovered

Many diabetics over a wrong notion that fruits may cause a spike in the blood sugar levels. The opposite, fruits are stuffed with essential vitamins, natural fiber, minerals and anti-oxidants that are essential for the body. 

Fruits contain sugars similar to sucrose, fructose and other forms of carbohydrates. Fruits are equally important for diabetes patients, but they ought to be cautious in selecting the right kind of fruits and the right proportion.

6. Fruits rich in water content but low in sugar content like water melon, cucumber are suggested for the diabetics.
