Yes, Of course it’s well important to drink plenty of fruit juice during pregnancy to keep yourself and your baby healthy. It will benefit your baby by increasing your intake of fundamental vitamins and minerals. Pomegranate, mango, banana are considered very beneficial during pregnancy.

Fruit juices like orange and grape will help to increase the level of the sugar in your blood and helps your baby's muscles and cells develop and also help fight off infection. 100 percent fruit juices are healthy addition to your diet while pregnant and also ensure your baby to develop properly.

Apple juice is necessary during pregnancy by the body that contains small amounts of iron. Cranberries are also considered one of the most nutritious foods to consume during pregnancy. Vegetable juices like cucumber juice, Chinese cabbage juice, kermes radish juice, broccoli juice, lettuce juice and carrot juice are good for the pregnant mother and the child.

Good natural sources of folic acid are fruit, green vegetables, orange juice, lentils, peas and rice. It is best suggested that all pregnant women take a daily 400mg supplement of folic acid a day for two months before conception and three months into their pregnancy.
